Jinggu Forestry's subsidiary to resume production this month

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry (600265.SS) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Tangxian Huiyin Wood Industry, is set to resume production in February 2025 following a temporary shutdown. The particleboard production line is scheduled to restart by February 16, while the fiberboard line, undergoing air compression equipment upgrades, will resume by February 23. The company anticipates a reduction of approximately 32,500 cubic meters in total artificial panel production in the first quarter of 2025, compared to the same period last year, due to the temporary suspension. However, Jinggu Forestry believes existing inventory can meet sales demand during the shutdown, with the overall impact on the company's 2025 financial performance expected to be limited, according to seasonal norms.
