Jinggu Forestry elects chairman, forms board committees

Yunnan Jinggu Forestry (SSE:600265) announced the results of its first meeting of the ninth board of directors held on February 14, 2025. The board unanimously elected Ge Yida as Chairman for a three-year term. The board also established and appointed members to its specialized committees, including the Audit Committee (led by Shi Qian), Nomination Committee (led by Niu Bingyi), Compensation and Assessment Committee (led by Shi Qian), and Strategy and Investment Committee (led by Liu Haozhi). The board also appointed Wu Yu as General Manager, Zhou Jianhong as Chief Financial Officer, Duan Pan as Deputy General Manager, Wen Jing as Board Secretary, and Wang Xiuping and Liang Lihua as Securities Affairs Representatives.
