China Everbright Bank announces 2024 interim dividend

China Everbright Bank (SSE: 601818) announced a cash dividend of RMB 0.104 per share (pre-tax) for its 2024 interim results. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on January 21, 2025, with ex-dividend date on January 22, 2025, and payment date on January 22, 2025. The total dividend payout will be approximately RMB 6.14 billion. The dividend is based on the total share capital of 59,085,551,061 shares as of the record date. For A-shares, the dividend payout will be approximately RMB 4.83 billion based on 46,406,815,561 shares. The bank’s 2025 First Interim Shareholders' Meeting approved the dividend plan.
