Anjoy Foods announces differentiated dividend for Q1-Q3 2024

Anjoy Foods (SSE: 603345) announced a differentiated dividend payout for the first three quarters of 2024. Due to share repurchases for an employee stock ownership plan, 1,160,900 shares held in a dedicated repurchase account will be excluded from the dividend calculation. The dividend will be CNY 0.95 per share (pre-tax) distributed to remaining shareholders. As of December 31, 2024, the total share capital was 293,294,232 shares. After excluding repurchased shares, the dividend will be paid on 292,133,332 shares, totaling approximately CNY 277.53 million. This differentiated approach ensures only eligible shares participate in the profit distribution. The dividend impact on the stock's ex-rights price is negligible, at less than 1%.
