Haitong Securities chairman resigns, Li Jun takes over

Haitong Securities (SSE: 600837) announced that Chairman Zhou Jie resigned on January 13, 2025, due to a job transfer. He also resigned from his positions as director, legal representative, and authorized representative to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board appointed Director and General Manager Li Jun to temporarily fulfill the roles of Chairman, legal representative, and Hong Kong Stock Exchange authorized representative. Li Jun will also chair the Board Development Strategy and ESG Management Committee. The changes were approved at the sixteenth meeting of the eighth board of directors held on the same day.
