Airport holdings completes acquisition of Tianli Power

Beijing Airport High-Tech Park (SSE: 600463), also known as Airport Holdings, announced on January 14, 2025, the completion of its acquisition of Beijing Tianli Power Supply Heating Co., Ltd. (Tianli Power). Airport Holdings now owns 100% of Tianli Power, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition, initially approved by the board on December 10, 2024, and subsequently by shareholders on December 26, 2024, involved a share transfer agreement with Airport Holdings' controlling shareholder, Beijing Airport Economic Development Co., Ltd. Tianli Power's business registration has been updated to reflect the change in ownership, with Airport Holdings listed as the sole shareholder. Tianli Power's registered capital remains at 29.8 million yuan.
