Poly Developments acquires six new real estate projects in China

Poly Developments and Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (SSE:600048) announced the acquisition of six new real estate projects across China, adding to its portfolio since its previous acquisition announcement (2024-099). The projects, spanning residential, commercial, and educational land use, are located in Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhongshan, Sanya, and Lanzhou. The total land area acquired is approximately 209,802 square meters, with a planned gross floor area of around 598,685 square meters. Poly Developments' investment for these projects totals approximately ¥996.43 million. The company noted that these figures are preliminary and subject to change, with finalized data appearing in future periodic reports.
