Arribatec Group increases share capital following warrant exercise

Arribatec Group ASA announced the registration of new share capital following the exercise of warrants. The company's share capital now stands at NOK 67,264,514, divided into 67,264,514 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1. This change resulted from the exercise of 398,902 warrants, which were part of the 21,021,459 warrants initially issued on December 2, 2024.

The Oslo-headquartered software and consulting firm, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, currently employs over 320 people across offices in 11 countries. Arribatec serves more than 1,700 companies across 25 countries, operating in various industries within both the private and public sectors.
