Stolt-Nielsen bond interest rate adjusted to 7.22%

Nordic Trustee AS, acting on behalf of Stolt-Nielsen Limited, has announced a new interest rate for the FRN Stolt-Nielsen Limited Senior Unsecured Open Bond 2023/2028 (ISIN: NO0013019026). The new interest rate has been set at 7.22%.

This adjustment is applicable for an interest period spanning 87 days, from December 29, 2025, to March 26, 2026. The new interest rate and period have been established in accordance with the terms of the bond agreement.

Nordic Trustee AS confirmed this notification was dispatched to the Paying Agent for subsequent registration with the Central Securities Depository. The announcement was made to Oslo Børs on December 22, 2025, at 13:38 CET.
