SmartCraft completes latest phase of share buy-back program

SmartCraft ASA repurchased 43,392 own shares between December 15 and December 23, 2025, at an average price of NOK 25.0264 per share. This forms part of a larger buy-back program announced on August 27, 2025, with a maximum consideration of NOK 35,000,000 and running until the day before the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The total transaction value for this phase was NOK 1,085,946.76. The highest volume on December 22, 2025, was 13,515 shares (average NOK 24.9731) and the lowest on December 18, 2025, with 1,728 shares (average NOK 25.0561).

Cumulatively, SmartCraft has purchased 875,837 shares under the program at an aggregate average price of NOK 24.5980, amounting to a total value of NOK 21,543,860.39. This includes 832,445 shares previously disclosed, bought at an average price of NOK 24.5757 for a total of NOK 20,457,913.62.
