Mirabella Financial Services LLP, on behalf of Svelland Global Trading Master Fund, has notified Ensurge Micropower ASA of a significant increase in its major holdings. As of December 19, 2025, Mirabella Financial Services LLP's total voting rights in Ensurge Micropower ASA reached 20.03%, up from a previous notification of 15.00%.

This acquisition means the firm now holds 194,259,498 voting rights in the company, out of a total of 969,396,390 voting rights. The increased stake is entirely composed of direct voting rights attached to shares.
