Pryme restarts production testing program for Rotterdam facility

Pryme N.V. restarted its Pryme One production testing program on December 18, 2025, initiating low-level production. The company stated its current focus is on executing the testing program, which will involve intermittent production halts for implementing and testing various reactor improvements. These improvements may require resets or cleaning processes before restarting. Pryme does not anticipate significant oil production for December 2025 and will not prioritize maximizing oil output during this phase.

The cleantech company, listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, specializes in converting plastic waste into pyrolysis oil through chemical recycling. Its first plant in the port of Rotterdam has an expected intake capacity of approximately 26,000 tons of plastic waste annually. Pryme aims to contribute to a low-carbon circular plastic economy.

Pryme plans to release its next monthly update on December 2025 production volume on Monday, January 5, 2026.
