Entra completes sale of Holtermanns office property, final phase in Trondheim

Entra ASA has announced the completion of the sale for Holtermanns veg 1-13 phase 3 in Trondheim, an office property totaling approximately 15,500 sqm. The project, the final phase of development for the land plot, was completed in Q4 2025. This transaction follows a binding agreement signed on March 22, 2024, for the sale of Entra's Trondheim portfolio.

The sale of the completed property to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) and E C Dahls Eiendom was closed through separate transactions within the same quarter. The aggregate gross property value across these transactions amounted to NOK 845 million.

Entra ASA expects to recognize a gain of approximately NOK 100 million in Q4 2025 from this divestment. Entra specializes in owning, managing, and developing office properties across Norway, with a portfolio of around 80 properties, totaling 1.3 million square meters.
