Entra and Skanska form joint venture for Oslo redevelopment

Entra ASA and Skanska have established a 50/50 joint venture to redevelop Christian Krohgs gate 2 (CK2) in Oslo, a 21,200 sqm site minutes from Oslo Central Station. Entra will sell 50% of the property-owning company's shares to Skanska, based on a gross property value of NOK 550 million. Skanska will serve as the turnkey contractor, with completion anticipated around year-end 2029/2030.

The joint venture and transaction are expected to close in Q1 2026, with project start-up slated for Q2 2026, contingent upon regulatory approvals. Skanska will lease approximately 7,500 sqm in CK2 for 10 years post-completion, making CK2 35% pre-let, and will extend its current lease with Entra for two years until relocating to CK2.
