Aqua Bio Technology chairman’s associate adjusts holdings, exposure unchanged

Norlane AS, a company closely associated with Roger Sedal, chairman of Aqua Bio Technology ASA, has reported simultaneous buy and sell transactions of new shares. On December 22, 2025, Norlane AS purchased 3,324,320 new Aqua Bio Technology ASA shares at NOK 0.10 per share, totaling NOK 332,432. The shares are awaiting prospectus.

Concurrently, Roger Sedal, through Norlane AS, sold the same quantity of 3,324,320 new Aqua Bio Technology ASA shares at NOK 0.10 each, also totaling NOK 332,432. These off-exchange transactions mean that Sedal's total exposure in Aqua Bio Technology ASA remains unchanged.
