Andfjord Salmon board member rolls forward significant share agreements

Kim Strandenæs, a board member of Andfjord Salmon Group AS and chief executive of UFI AS and UFI Capital AS, has rolled forward agreements for the purchase of a substantial number of shares in Andfjord Salmon. UFI AS rolled forward agreements for 715,000 shares at NOK 53.4759 per share, and another 1,308,597 shares at NOK 57.5825 per share. UFI Capital AS rolled forward an agreement for 52,000 shares at NOK 56.1601 per share.

These transactions, relating to rolling forward of agreements, took place on December 19, 2025, on Euronext Growth Oslo. The financial instruments involved were derivatives for the 715,000 shares and equity shares for the remaining transactions.

Despite the significant volume of these rolled-forward agreements, the total exposure of UFI AS and UFI Capital AS in Andfjord Salmon Group AS remains unchanged. This notification is in accordance with EU Regulation 596/2014 (MAR) article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 5-12.
