Thon Gruppen nears full control of Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap

Thon Gruppen AS announced that by December 18, 2025, it had received acceptances for 26,755,990 shares in Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA, representing approximately 26.4% of all shares. This is part of a voluntary offer to acquire all outstanding shares at an offer price of NOK 335 per share.

Thon Gruppen currently owns 68,674,000 shares, which equates to 67.67% of the total outstanding shares and votes. With the accepted shares from the offer, Thon Gruppen's total holding would reach 95,429,990 shares, representing approximately 94% of all outstanding shares and votes.

The acceptance period for the voluntary offer has been extended until January 5, 2026, at 16:30 CET.
