SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge sets new FRN bond rate at 4.95%

The new bond interest rate for SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's floating rate note (FRN) with ISIN NO0010958127 has been set at 4.95%. This rate will apply for the interest period from December 23, 2025, to March 23, 2026, encompassing a 90-day duration. The bond is a subordinated bond loan 2021/2032 with issuer call option.

The interest rate determination was made in accordance with the bond agreement, with Nordic Trustee AS confirming the new rate on behalf of SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge. An official notification regarding this rate adjustment has been sent to the account manager for registration in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS).
