Andfjord Salmon board member unwinds previous share transaction

Kim Marius Strandenæs, a board member and primary insider at Andfjord Salmon Group AS, reported the sale of 428,571 shares in the company. The transaction was executed on December 18, 2025, at a price of NOK 33.20 per unit. The total value of the transaction was NOK 14,228,557.20.

The sale by UFI CAPITAL AS to LABOREMUS INVEST AS reverses a transaction originally announced on June 27, 2025. At that time, UFI CAPITAL AS had purchased the same number of shares (428,571) from LABOREMUS INVEST AS at the identical price of NOK 33.20 per share, as part of a financing arrangement for the seller.

The shares were traded on MERK - Euronext Growth Oslo. This transaction effectively unwinds the prior share exchange between the two entities.
