Bakkevig's holdings in Webstep cross 10% ownership threshold

Innovemus AS, an entity owned by Oskar Bakkevig, has acquired 877,161 shares in Webstep ASA, significantly increasing the total stake managed by Bakkevig in the company.

Prior to this transaction, Holmen Spesialfond, also managed by Oskar Bakkevig, held 2,738,860 shares in Webstep ASA. With the addition of the shares purchased by Innovemus AS, the combined total holding of shares managed by Oskar Bakkevig now stands at 3,616,021 shares.

This consolidated holding represents 12.83% of Webstep ASA's outstanding shares, thereby crossing the 10% ownership threshold.
