Nordhealth insider's associate converts class B to class A shares

Oy Pasanen & Co, a close associate of Nordhealth AS primary insider Valter Pasanen, converted 402,796 Class B shares into Class A shares today, December 16, 2025. This transaction, occurring on the Oslo Børs, did not involve any monetary price for the conversion itself. Valter Pasanen holds the position of veterinary chief executive.

Following this conversion, Nordhealth AS now has a share capital of NOK 80,191,746, comprising 45,594,543 Class A shares and 34,597,203 Class B shares. Each share maintains a nominal value of NOK 1.00, with Class A shares carrying one vote and Class B shares carrying ten votes.
