Airthings launches subsequent offering for existing shareholders

Airthings ASA has announced a subsequent offering of 250 million new shares at a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per share, consistent with its recent private placement. The subscription period runs from December 15, 2025, to December 22, 2025.

Existing shareholders as of September 8, 2025, who hold fewer than 375,000 shares and did not receive allocations in the private placement, are eligible. They will receive 6.51159 non-tradeable subscription rights per share held, with each right entitling them to subscribe for one offer share. Over-subscription is not permitted. The terms are detailed in a prospectus approved on December 12, 2025.

Allocation notifications are expected by December 23, 2025, with share capital registration projected by January 12, 2026, and delivery of offer shares by January 13, 2026. This offering supports Airthings' mission as a global technology company focused on indoor air quality.
