Statkraft CFO Anna Nord Bjercke to exit, interim appointed

Anna Nord Bjercke, chief financial officer of Statkraft AS, will leave her position to seek new opportunities, effective January 1, 2026. Bjercke served as CFO since January 2024, overseeing business strategy, asset divestments, and cost base reductions.

Tone Aastveit Skuterud, currently executive vice president for people, organisation and sustainability, will assume the role of interim CFO from January 1, 2026. Skuterud joined Statkraft's corporate management in April 2025, bringing experience from Telenor and twelve prior years at Statkraft.

Statkraft CEO Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal thanked Bjercke for her contributions to strengthening the company's financial robustness. The recruitment process for a permanent CFO will commence shortly.
