Spetalen boosts Saga Pure stake above 15% threshold

Øystein Stray Spetalen has further consolidated his position in Saga Pure ASA by acquiring an additional 10 million shares. This transaction, announced on December 12, 2025, significantly increased his total ownership in the company.

Following the acquisition, Spetalen now holds 110,620,357 shares in Saga Pure. This expanded stake represents 16.4% of the company's total shares and voting rights, pushing his ownership above the 15% threshold.

The disclosure was made in compliance with sections 4-2 and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, which mandate reporting of major shareholding changes.
