Aker Solutions divests remaining shares in Aker ASA

Aker Solutions ASA sold 1,435 shares in Aker ASA on December 12, 2025, at a price of NOK 746.0718 per share. The transaction, valued at NOK 1,072,551.58, means Aker Solutions ASA no longer holds any shares in Aker ASA.

The disposal of ordinary shares, identified by ISIN NO0010234552, took place on the Oslo Børs. This mandatory notification aligns with disclosure requirements under Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (MAR) Article 19 and Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
