SpareBank 1 SMN distributes equity certificates to employees

SpareBank 1 SMN announced the distribution of equity certificates to employees as part of its savings program on December 11, 2025. The certificates, acquired on December 5 and December 8, 2025, were allocated based on individual savings amounts at a price of NOK 195.65 per equity certificate.

Following this allocation, SpareBank 1 SMN's own holding of equity certificates now stands at 4,672. This transaction aligns with the bank's commitment to its employee savings scheme, facilitating staff participation in the bank's equity.

The announcement was made by Trond Søreås, CFO of SpareBank 1 SMN, and is considered information-pflichtig according to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
