Napatech names Klaus Skovrup new cfo

Napatech A/S announced the appointment of Klaus H. Skovrup as its new chief financial officer, effective 2 February 2026. Skovrup brings extensive experience from executive positions in finance, investor relations, and strategy within international companies focused on digital transformation and growth. Chief executive Lars Boilesen highlighted Skovrup's background as a "perfect match" for Napatech's next phase of growth with tier-1 customers and partners.

Skovrup joins Napatech from LanguageWire, where he served as cfo, a global provider of digital language solutions. Prior to this, he spent ten years at NNIT, a Danish publicly listed IT services and consulting company spun out of Novo Nordisk. At NNIT, Skovrup held various leadership roles, including vice president finance, head of strategy, and head of IR, having started his career at Novo Nordisk in finance.

Skovrup expressed excitement about joining the innovative Napatech team and contributing to the company's continued growth journey, citing his impression of Napatech's products and its leadership in the emerging mass market for Network Interface Cards.
