Multiconsult secures primary role in Norwegian Defence Estates Agency advisory

Multiconsult Norge AS has been nominated as the A-level, or primary, supplier for a significant framework agreement with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency. The agreement, R01831, focuses on providing strategic advisory services for property, buildings, and infrastructure across Norway's defence sector. This framework, valued at an estimated NOK 275 million excluding VAT for all suppliers, reinforces Multiconsult's established position as a leading consultant.

The framework agreement will see assignments allocated via a waterfall call-off model, with Multiconsult, as the A-level supplier, receiving primary provision responsibilities. The contract has an initial period of two years, with options for extensions of up to 1+1+1 years, potentially extending its duration until 2030. This initiative aims to ensure cost-effective and sustainable solutions for the Norwegian Armed Forces.

Multiconsult's nomination is currently subject to a standstill period, which is set to expire on December 22, 2025. This latest achievement builds upon the company's existing portfolio of framework agreements with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, further solidifying its presence in the defence sector.
