Aker BioMarine bond interest rate set at 8.42%

Nordic Trustee AS has officially determined the new interest rate for Aker BioMarine ASA's FRN Aker BioMarine ASA Senior Secured Bond Issue 2024/2027. As of December 10, 2025, the new interest rate has been set at 8.42%. This adjustment is effective for the interest period spanning from December 12, 2025, to March 12, 2026, encompassing a duration of 90 days.

This rate determination has been made in accordance with the provisions outlined in the bond agreement governing the issuance. The announcement was formally communicated to Oslo Børs on December 10, 2025, at 12:46 (CET).

Nordic Trustee AS has confirmed that the necessary notification regarding this interest rate determination has been dispatched to the account manager for registration within the Norwegian Central Securities Depository.
