Kitron secures €55m defense order, citing strong sector demand

Kitron has been awarded a €55 million order from a customer in the defense/aerospace market. Deliveries for this contract are scheduled to commence in 2026. Peter Nilsson, chief executive of Kitron, highlighted that the order exemplifies strong demand in the defense sector and Kitron's capacity for rapid scaling and agility.

Kitron is an electronics manufacturing services company serving sectors including connectivity, electrification, industry, medical devices, and defense/aerospace. The group operates across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, India, Malaysia, China, and the United States, employing approximately 3,000 individuals.
