EQVA subsidiary BKS wins Boliden Odda contract for zinc plant expansion

EQVA ASA’s wholly owned subsidiary, BKS, has been awarded a new contract by Boliden Odda, extending a strong existing collaboration. This agreement solidifies BKS’s standing as a premier supplier to the Nordic smelter industry.

The contract mandates BKS to provide pipe installation, pipe insulation for a modification project, and ongoing commissioning support for mechanical and piping systems. These services are crucial for Boliden’s expansion of its recently upgraded zinc plant in Odda, Western Norway.

Olav Hilmar Koløy, chief executive of EQVA, stated the contract award "confirms BKS’ expertise and solid track record, as well as strengthens its position as a reliable partner to the smelter industry."
