PPI secures major 10-year lease with Norwegian Energy Directorate

Public Property Invest ASA (PPI) has announced a new lease agreement with The Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) for 950 square meters at Anton Jenssens gate 8 in Tønsberg.

This new lease is set for a substantial duration of 10 years, providing long-term stability and income for PPI. The agreement is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2026, aligning with PPI's strategy to secure robust tenants and long-term contracts for its properties.

The announcement was made by André Gaden, chief executive of Public Property Invest ASA, and represents a notable development for PPI's real estate holdings.
