Ensurge Micropower launches subscription period for subsequent offering

Ensurge Micropower ASA has initiated the subscription period for its subsequent offering, aiming to issue up to 22,222,222 new shares. The shares, with a nominal value of NOK 0.50, are offered at a subscription price of NOK 0.90 per share, matching the price set in the recent private placement. The subscription period began on December 5, 2025, at 09:00 CET and will conclude on December 12, 2025, at 16:30 CET.

Shareholders registered on November 7, 2025 (record date), who were not allocated shares in the private placement and are not in restricted jurisdictions, will receive non-transferable subscription rights. Each eligible shareholder receives 0.042889 subscription rights per share held, with one right granting the ability to subscribe for one offer share. The company's shares traded ex-rights from November 10, 2025.

Oversubscription is permitted, with allocations to be determined by the board. Unused subscription rights will lapse without compensation. Payment for offer shares is expected by December 17, 2025, with delivery through Euronext VPS anticipated around December 22, 2025.
