Pexip raises Q4 2025 ARR outlook on new orders

Pexip Holding ASA has increased its annual recurring revenue (ARR) outlook for the fourth quarter of 2025 to $129-131m, up from the previously communicated range of $124-127m. This upward revision is attributed to the securing of several larger orders that were not fully accounted for in the company's prior forecast.

The additional ARR primarily stems from Pexip's Connected Spaces business area, with the full revenue impact expected to materialize from 2026. Pexip reiterates its medium-term ambition to achieve "Rule of 40" performance across its ARR growth and EBITDA margin.

Pexip offers multi-platform video technology solutions for various applications including business meetings, secure government communication, healthcare, and judicial proceedings.
