Morten Henriksen appointed new CEO of Nortura

Nortura has appointed Morten Henriksen as its new group chief executive, effective no later than March 1, 2026. The appointment aims to build on the progress from the company's new corporate strategy, strengthen its position in the Norwegian food industry and agriculture, create shareholder value, and meet customer and societal expectations.

Henriksen brings extensive leadership experience from both Norwegian and international industries. His prior roles include chief executive of Mainstream Renewable Power, chief executive of Gassnova, and group director at Arendals Fossekompani. Throughout his career, Henriksen has focused on achieving results through change, innovation, and team building.

Nortura has recently undergone comprehensive restructuring, enhancing its competitiveness and establishing a new corporate structure with clear responsibilities across its value chain. The company has implemented a new strategy, streamlined production, digitalized key processes, and positioned its organization for continued development and growth.
