Avinor sees mixed passenger traffic across airports in week 48

Avinor has published its passenger traffic figures for week 48 of 2025. Overall, Avinor saw 149,511 passengers on Sunday, 76,985 on Saturday, and 151,057 on Friday. Oslo Airport (OSL) experienced a slight downturn, with total passenger numbers decreasing 1% compared to 2024, reaching 457,468. Trondheim (TRD) also saw a decline, with passenger traffic down 5% to 75,329 compared to the previous year.

In contrast, other major airports demonstrated positive growth. Bergen (BGO) reported a 1% increase in passenger numbers, reaching 112,311, while Stavanger (SVG) also grew 1% to 70,116. Tromsø (TOS) recorded an 8% surge in traffic, totaling 63,626 passengers. Kristiansand (KRS) led growth among the top ten, with an 11% increase in passenger numbers, reaching 16,261. Harstad/Narvik (EVE) and Alta (ALF) also saw strong performance, with 8% and 4% increases, respectively.
