Vantage Drilling revises December dividend dates

Vantage Drilling International Ltd. has corrected the key dates for its recently approved cash dividend. The board resolved on December 1, 2025, to distribute a dividend of $5 per share.

The last day for shares to trade with the right to the dividend is now December 16, 2025, with the ex-date set for December 17, 2025. The record date, as recorded in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository, is December 18, 2025. Payment to shareholders is scheduled for December 29, 2025.
