Nordic Trustee sets new bond interest rate for Klaveness Combination Carriers

Nordic Trustee AS has set a new bond interest rate for Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA’s unsecured sustainability-linked open bond loan 2023/2028. The new interest rate for the period from December 5, 2025, to March 5, 2026, will be 7.85%. This adjustment applies to the bond, which trades under the ticker KCC05 ESG and has a duration of 90 days for this specific interest period.

The determination of the new bond interest rate and the corresponding interest period is in accordance with the existing bond agreement. This announcement was formally referenced by Nordic Trustee to Oslo Børs on December 3, 2025.
