Instabank completes share offering registration, updates share capital

Instabank ASA announced today the registration of its new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, finalizing the subsequent offering previously communicated on November 24, 2025. This registration pertains to the issuance of 10,000,000 new shares that were part of the offering.

As a direct result of this share capital increase, Instabank ASA's updated share capital now stands at NOK 452,606,339. This capital is divided into 452,606,339 shares, with each individual share maintaining a nominal value of NOK 1.
