Entra secures long-term lease with Norwegian state housing bank in Bergen

Entra ASA has finalized a ten-year lease contract with The Norwegian State Housing Bank (Husbanken) for approximately 800 square metres at Nonnesetergaten 4 in Bergen. The lease is set to commence in the second quarter of 2026.

The Nonnesetergaten 4 property, spanning 17,300 square metres, is currently undergoing refurbishment and is expected to be completed in a stepwise manner, with finalization anticipated in the third quarter of 2026. This new agreement brings the pre-let status of the project to 89 percent.
