Ensurge Micropower approves share issuance, warrants for Corning

Ensurge Micropower ASA held an extraordinary general meeting on December 3, 2025, where all proposed agenda items were adopted. Key approvals included the issuance of 27,433,079 tranche 2 shares as part of a private placement announced on November 9, 2025.

Additionally, the company received approval for a subsequent offering of up to 22,222,222 offer shares, targeting existing shareholders who did not participate in the private placement. Further details regarding this subsequent offering are expected in a separate announcement.
