Ayfie secures AI contract with Norwegian municipality Vanylven

Ayfie International AS has announced a contract with Vanylven municipality in Norway, alongside strategic partner Crayon, to implement an AI solution for 450 employees. The initial six-month contract is valued at NOK 100,000, with an annualized recurring revenue of NOK 200,000 pending renewal.

Vanylven municipality will gain access to Ayfie Business Agent, integrated with their existing Visma Enterprise solution. This will enable employees to securely utilize large language models like Chat GPT, Claude, and Mistral for internal information analysis and retrieval.

This agreement positions Vanylven as one of the first Norwegian municipalities to provide AI capabilities to its workforce, reflecting a growing interest in such solutions across the country, as noted by Ayfie. chief executive Herman Sjøberg highlighted Vanylven's innovative approach, stating it serves as a role model for other municipalities.

Ayfie's solution is built on a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) model, combining a retriever for document searching with a generative large language model. This technology allows organizations to leverage LLMs for processing internal information while upholding security, confidentiality, and GDPR requirements. Ayfie has over 15 years of experience in data search, RAG, and generative AI.
