Vasakronan green bond interest rate adjusted to 5.535%

Nordic Trustee AS, trustee for Vasakronan AB, has announced an interest rate adjustment for the FRN Vasakronan AB (publ) Green Bond 2020/2030 (ISIN: NO0010884604). The new interest rate has been set at 5.535%. This adjustment is effective for the interest period from December 4, 2025, to March 4, 2026, covering 90 days. The bond is traded under the ticker VASA25 ESG.

The new interest rate and interest period were established in accordance with the existing bond terms. This notification, dated December 2, 2025, was sent to the paying agent for registration with the Central Securities Depository.
