Treasure ASA: insider sells shares in cash offer to Wilh. Wilhelmsen

Fajoma Consulting AS, an entity closely associated with Thomas Berg, a board member of Treasure ASA, accepted Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's cash offer of NOK 39.50 per share for 3,000 shares. This transaction, dated December 2, 2025, totaled NOK 118,500.00 and was executed outside a regulated trading venue.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, closely associated with Thomas Wilhelmsen, chairman of Treasure ASA, and Christian Berg, a board member, continues to increase its stake. With this latest acceptance, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has received additional acceptances for 3,000 shares since December 1, 2025.

The cash offer, initially announced on November 28, 2025, remains open until Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 16:30 CET. Shareholders can contact Arctic Securities to accept the offer.
