Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation, manager of the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, has notified the Oslo Bourse of a change in its holdings in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA.

As of December 1, 2025, their proportion of shares in Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA fell below a disclosure threshold. The entity now holds 15,872,434 shares, representing 4.99% of the company's shares, which is less than the 5% threshold. This change was triggered by a sale of shares, and all holdings are in common shares directly held.
