Sparebanken Norge completes merger, boosts equity by NOK 91.7m

Sparebanken Norge has announced the completion of its merger with Oslofjord Sparebank, with the transaction registered today. Sparebanken Norge is confirmed as the acquiring entity.

Concurrently with the merger's completion, Sparebanken Norge registered an increase in its equity capital by NOK 91,773,425. This was achieved through the issuance of 3,670,937 new equity capital certificates, each with a nominal value of NOK 25 and issued at a subscription price of NOK 112.22. All these new certificates were issued to Sparebankstiftelsen Oslofjord.

Following this capital increase, Sparebanken Norge's total equity capital now stands at NOK 4,332,185,925, divided into 173,287,437 equity capital certificates.
