SmartCraft accelerates CFO transition ahead of Nasdaq Stockholm relisting

SmartCraft ASA has accelerated its CFO transition, with Kine Kragholm Olsen assuming the interim cfo role effective December 1, 2025. This change takes effect sooner than the previously announced date of November 3, 2025, due to regulatory requirements for the company's planned share listing transfer to Nasdaq Stockholm.

Kine Kragholm Olsen, formerly the group chief accountant, succeeds Kjartan Bo. Mr. Bo will remain with SmartCraft until January 31, 2026, serving as an executive advisor to facilitate a smooth transition and support the relisting process.
