Eric d'Argentré, chief operating officer and president of Panoro Energy ASA, acquired 70,000 shares in the company on the Oslo Stock Exchange on November 28, 2025. The transaction was executed at a price of NOK 19.0141 per share, bringing his total direct and indirect control to 70,000 shares. This purchase complements his existing holdings of 153,093 unvested restricted share units.
