BW Altor boosts stake in offshore wind specialist Cadeler

Cadeler A/S announced on December 1, 2025, that BW Altor Pte. Ltd. has increased its direct shareholding in the company. On November 27, 2025, BW Altor Pte. Ltd. purchased an additional 17,510,330 shares in Cadeler.

This acquisition raised BW Altor's beneficial ownership to 96,005,852 Cadeler shares. This new holding represents 27.36% of Cadeler's total share capital and voting rights, a notable increase from the previously reported 20.41%.

BW Altor Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-registered limited liability company ultimately controlled by Andreas Sohmen-Pao. Cadeler, a global leader in offshore wind installation, operations, and maintenance, is listed on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Oslo Stock Exchange.
