Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has increased its shareholding in Treasure ASA by purchasing an additional 864,817 shares on November 28, 2025. The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 39.50 per share, totaling NOK 34,160,271.50.

This transaction elevates Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA's total ownership to 199,805,013 shares, representing approximately 97.60% of Treasure ASA's issued shares.

The buyer, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, is closely associated with Thomas Wilhelmsen, who serves as chairman of Treasure ASA's board of directors, and Christian Berg, a board member of Treasure ASA. The transaction was executed outside of a trading venue.
